1st, a little background
Peter Hassett and Tony Swift created Freedom Residential Lettings in 2007 with a genuine desire to create a truly unique one stop letting experience for both Tenants and Landlords, having experienced first hand the shortcomings of other local letting agents, we decided to go it alone.
Furthermore the charges were disproportionate to the level of service received, leaving the Landlords feeling short-changed. This forced us to explore the possibility of the DIY- Guaranteed Tenant-Find Route; we believed it would be better to find Tenants and manage the properties ourselves… and guess what? That’s exactly what we did!
